Sometimes when the sun goes down, shadows fall across this little town. And I close my eyes and drift away to another place in another time.

3rd Time to Redwolf

We got to Redwolf on Friday and stayed 'til Sunday afternoon.  Let's see, Friday night we watched the most horrible movie ever, Lone Star State of Mind; then we told ghost stories until we fell asleep.  Saturday was spend feeding all the animals and then heading out to the new place and building cages.  Saturday was awesome.  We had a really intense game of spoons (Tim and I were always the last ones to grab a spoon and we were basically at war with each other... it was great 'cause I defidently won... hahaha), played ERS (eww, Jackie totally made me bleed), played BS (which I lost... of course), watched Taxi (pretty funny movie actually), and spent the rest of the night playing the 10 fingers game (or also called Never Have I Ever...).  That got pretty intense, and believe it or not, I was the first one out!!!  I know, shocking.  Anyway, Sunday we built more cages and then came back to Miami.  Overally, FABULOUS WEEKEND!!!  Here are some vids:

You can't see anything cause it was pitch black when I took the video, but you can hear Paul call the wolves and then they all howl back.  It's pretty cool...

Also, here's another video of Michael singing.  It totally made my day...

Umm... not much else to say.  I got a B on my astronomy exam (that's really good considering I thought I did really bad).  Oh, I'm coming home Friday night and going the football game.  I just can't miss Lauren's senior night.  Love ya sis!!!  And then I'm coming back to Miami Saturday night after the band competition.  Next week, I have another chem test which is gonna consume my life, so don't expect me to be on AIM for a while.  And I'm coming home again for Midstates (my mom recruited me to work in the concession stand) and then State on Sunday.  And that's about it.  Sorry to bore you with my rambling...

Love Y'All!!!

Time for an update....

So much has happened in the last few weeks, so I'll try to give the short version on what's been happening.  I went to the Cinci Zoo with the naturalist club.  Oh my goodness, that was an interesting trip.  We got stuck in the rain without umbrellas, a monkey threw a stick at me, and peacocks found their way into the visitor information center.  Why was I in the visitor information center you ask?  Well, we had seen everything in the park and were waiting on the others... plus the 3 guys working there had the Ohio State game on (GO BUCKS!!!).  Anyways, these people chased the peacocks in there and we tried to get them out using brooms.  Let's just say that peacocks are really dumb and just flew right into the windows... mulitiple time.  And since they were scared, they pooped all over the place.  The stench of their crap is the most foulest, grossest smelling stuff ever.  But, we eventually figured out how to get the windows open and the birds found their own way out.

The weekend after that was the Miami vs. UC game, so I went down to Cinci and visited Nathan.  I had a really bad cold and felt sick most of the time I was there, but I still had an awesome time and can't wait for the game next year.

Then, this past weekend I went to Nashville and saw the band perform at Vanderbuilt.  They did a great job, regardless of the stupid scores.  And OMG... I went to the most awesome restaurant ever!!!  It's called The Aquarium Restaurant.  They had the most amazing food... and they had a 200,000 gallon salt water aquarium in the middle of the restaurant!  It was full of reef sharks, giant groupers, sting rays, all sorts of fish, and my favorite- 2 morray eels!!  It was the coolest thing ever.  Needless to say, that is now my favorite restaruant.

This weekend, I have Friday off (yay for fall break), so I'm coming home Thursday afternoon.  I plan on going to B-creek's homecoming game, so if anyone wants to go with me let me know!  Or, if anyone want to do anything this weekend, let me know!!

Well, so much for keeping it short.  I think that's about all I have to say.  Yeah...

Love to All!!!
